Welcome to THINKSTRA '26. To ensure a fair, smooth, and inspiring experience for everyone, all participants are requested to adhere to the following guidelines.

1. Eligibility & Identification

Participation is open to all undergraduate from recognized institutions. Every participant must carry a valid College ID card (physical copy) for verification at the registration desk. Entry will not be permitted without valid identification. If you are representing your college in a team event, ensure all team members are from the same institution unless specified otherwise.

2. Registration & Payment Protocol

Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment and submission of the registration form. Please retain your payment screenshot. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Team Event Regulations

For team events, All team members must register individually. Teams must adhere to the member limits specified for each event (e.g., 1 member for Chess, 2 for Paper Presentation). Cross-college teams are permitted unless specifically restricted in the event description.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professional decorum throughout the symposium. Any form of misconduct, harassment, or use of unfair means (plagiarism in presentations, cheating in quizzes) will result in immediate disqualification and potential blacklisting from future events. The decision of the judges and event coordinators shall be final and binding.

5. Logistics & Certificates

Lunch and refreshments will be provided to all registered participants as per the schedule. Participation certificates will be issued only to those who attend the full duration of the event. Prize distribution will commence at the valedictory function; winners must be present to collect their awards.
